Pilot operation of mobile complexes using a well fluids loading and disposal system.
Objective:
Separate well fluids into emulsion and gas. Load the emulsion to tank trucks.
Tasks of the pilot operation
Pilot operation means operation and a set of works carried out to clarify productivity of wells, composition and physical & chemical properties of well fluids, operational characteristics of reservoirs or individual deposits (productivity factor, maximum possible flow rates of wells, etc.), estimation of reserves.
Oil and gas collection and metering shall be ensured in case of provision of services related to wells pilot operation.
Key tasks of the pilot operation
- Study the geological structure of a field or its part;
- Study regular patterns of reservoir pressures and temperatures changing along the area of the field and in time, define allowable limits of their decrease;
- Study the production mechanism of a deposit, as well as reservoir and filtration properties;
- Study physical and chemical properties of well fluids;
- Study the behavior of a reservoir saturated with fluids to estimate allowable pressure drawdowns without destruction of the rock matrix;
- Study interferences of wells and justify rational operating methods for producing wells;
- Check possible techniques of deposit stimulation to increase the oil recovery factor and intensify the development process;
- Determine the dynamics of the main well operation parameters;
- Test development technologies to select the most efficient one.
Hydrodynamic, geophysical and laboratory methods are used to complete these tasks. Pilot operation shall comply with a field pilot development project or a pilot operation plan.
Services provided during pilot operation of complexes for wells operation:
- Acceptance of a well pad against a handover certificate.
- Participation in commissioning activities, comprehensive testing of equipment.
- Check of equipment status, tightness of valves and piping, cleaning of equipment, cleaning of the territory, bringing seals into compliance.
- External inspection of the main nodes, check of nodes and elements fastening, check of equipment constituents; check of all guardrails, stairs, platforms.
- Taking readings from instruments and transmission of information about operability of equipment and oil pipelines.
- Check of availability of the necessary inscriptions and plates.
- Carrying out process operations, with monitoring of operating parameters of the complexes in accordance with the process regulation and the operating manual.
- Carrying out process operations for the steam-out of the X-mas tree as per the approved schedule or if it is directly necessary to prevent the well from shutting in.
- Cleaning of the X-mas tree and process piping of wells from oil contamination.
- Collection, registration, storage and daily handover of process and other information obtained as a result of operation at the well to the Client.
- Taking samples of well fluids through sampling devices at operating complexes as per the schedule.
- Activities for maintenance of the X-mas tree and operating complexes as per recommendations of the manufacturers.
- Check of instruments.
- Preparation of wells for survey activities.
- Oil loading to tank trucks in accordance with “Standard operation procedure IP No. 01-09 for oil loading into tank trucks and mobile vessels at a specially equipped storage facility” if the corresponding documented order from Gazpromneft-Angara, LLC, as well as supporting documents (letter of attorney, order) of an authorized representative are received Preparation of a waybill for the release.
- Carrying out operations for the disposal of well fluids at the flare unit following a smokeless technology.
- Supply and carrying the required inventory of consumables in an amount sufficient for uninterrupted operation of the operating complexes.
- Presence of Contractor’s personnel at the facility 24/7 for the purposes of the facility security.
