Vessels
Surge vessels, consumption vessels, drain vessels, storage vessels, emergency vessels are used to store liquid. The vessels can have internal and external anti-corrosion coating, heat insulation and electrical tracing, integrated heat exchangers, maintenance platforms, lighting, piping, block, control and safety valves, instrumentation.
Polymer, plastic or combined vessels, including soft flexible polymer tanks, can be used as storage vessels and tanks, as well as drain vessels.
An example of ESS identification for an order and other documents:
- ESS-16-1-T-I-P-HL1 as per TU 3615-003-22642986-2016, where 16 – nominal volume, m3;
- 1 – vessel type (1 – horizontal cylindrical vessel, 2 – vertical cylindrical vessel, 3 – cubitainer);
- T – heat treatment;
- I – devices fixing heat insulation;
- P – internal anti-corrosion coating;
- HL1 – climatic design.
